Business principles

TNT aims to be a trustworthy, values-based company with a reputation for integrity, transparancy and compliance. To enhance that vision TNT has developed and implemented the TNT Integrity Programme and the TNT Business Principles and related policies and procedures. The TNT Business Principles deal with topics, such as:

It is crucial our people and business associates understand our principles – and incorporate them in their day to day behaviour. Awareness and understanding of the TNT Business Principles are enhanced via communication and live and web-based training. We are also integrating them into our strategic and operational decision processes. For example, an integrity due diligence procedure is part of our mergers and acquisitions process, and new employees all need to state that they know and understand our TNT Business Principles.
