On this page we give you an overview of the products an services provided by our Mail division.
As we continuously monitor our markets and (potential) customers, we regularly introduce new, innovative, products and services. For an actual update we advise you to visit the relevant website in your country.

We offer products and services involving collecting, sorting, transporting and distributing national and international mail. These products and services include a.o. letters, magazines, parcels, addressed and unaddressed mail.

Products and services we offer consumers

  • ZIP-code search: to ensure a swift delivery it is advised to include a zip-code in the address. Consumers can obtain the right zip-code from the internet or from one off our dedicated callcenter agents
  • Tariff search: consumers that need to know how much they have to pay for the delivery of their letter or parcel can either check the tariffs on the internet or with one of our dedicated callcenter agents.
  • Outlet search: Consumers can get the adress of the nearest outlet where TNT Post products are sold (post office, TNT Post Service Point or TNT Post Agency) on the internet or from one of our dedicated callcenter agents.
  • Stamps: Consumers can buy stamps from physical outlets (post offices, in-store or independent post agencies, TNT Post Service Points) or from the internet.
  • Collector’s items: Consumers that collect stamps can become a member of TNT Post’s Collectors Club (in which case they receive the Collector’s Magazine and can benefit from special member offers). The Collectors Club has its own website www.collectclub.nl. Next to ‘standard’ stamps, TNT Post regularly issues limited editions around a special theme, person or event (e.g. the Winter Olympics, Rembrandt).
  • Wishou:TNT Post Wishou Consumers can design their own postcard (Wishou) and have it printed and deliver by TNT Post.
  • Have your own stamp: Consumers can design their own stamp (www.persoonlijkepostzegel.nl) and have it printed by TNT Post. The stamp can actually be used instead of the ‘standard’ stamps.
  • Easy Postcard: Cellphone users can send a photo by MMS and have it delivered as a physical postcard by TNT Post
  • Easy Stamp: TNT Post offers special software that consumers can use to print their own (pre-paid) stamps.
  • Forwarding service: consumers that are away from home for a substantial period of time (vacation) or that are moving to a new address can have their mail temporarily forwarded to another address.
  • Storage service: consumers that are away from home for a substantial period of time (vacation) can have their mail temporarily stored for them by TNT Post
  • Moving service: consumers that are moving to a new address can buy a package from TNT Post (via the internet or at TNT Post-outlets) containing a.o. a checklist with organisations to be notified, a number of ‘change of address’ cards and forwarding stickers.
  • Mourning service: the loss of someone can be a sad and strainful period for family and relatives. One of the things that grieving persons do not want to happen is that invitations to the funeral are delivered too late. TNT Post offers a special service (high attention packaging and special delivery care) to prevent that from happening.
  • Packages: Consumers can buy special mail boxes to safely send their mail items at several outlets or from the internet.
  • The Digital Mailbox: Consumers can digitally receive and handle mail (a.o. bills) from several senders in their own Digital mailbox.         

Products and services we offer business customers

  • Ordering addresses online: Small business customers can order business adresses for direct mail purposes online (www.tntpost.nl). It is possible to make selections by type of business, city, zip-code area, size etc.
  • TraXity: a priority service for international mail (letters, small parcels up to 2 kilogrammes). It is cheaper than express delivery and almost as fast. The packages can be traced via the internet (www.tracktrace.nl). Traxity is available for mail from the Netherlands to Denmark, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, the UK and Sweden.
  • DM ROI Calculator: This is a online instrument (www.tntpost.nl) for small business customers to calculate the expected return on investment of direct mailings
  • Direct Marketing Trainings and Workshops: TNT Post offers several trainings and workshop (beginners and advanced level) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of direct mailings. The courses cover topics such as ‘Convincing copy writing’, ‘Direct Marketing’ and ‘Enhancing the success of advertisements and mailings’.
  • DM Research: TNT Post regularly conducts research in the field of (the effectiveness and efficiency of) direct marketing. The research is either used for our own product development or executed on request of customers. We also offer several investigation products and services including Mail Effect, Mail Monitor, E-mail Monitor, Loyalty Scan, Non Respons Investigation and Customer Magazine Monitor.
  • Direct Mail Concepts: TNT Post offers several direct mail concepts, either semi- standardized (www.tntpost.nl) or custom made.
  • Company StampsCompany Stamp and Brand Stamp: Not only consumers can have their own personal stamp, the same goes for companies. The Company Stamp and the Brand Stamp (large volumes) can create a higher awareness for a business mailing.
  • Direct Mail stamp: especially for direct mailings TNT Post has developed a stamp that can replace the rather ‘cold’ postage paid mark on an envelope. This stamp gives the mailing a touch of personalisation, without the extra costs of using real (standard or Company) stamps.
  • Traffic Card: the Traffic Card is a post card that business customers can use to intensify the traffic to their website.
  • SMS Response Service: This is a service for companies that offer their customers the possibility to request for more information or documentation by SMS. The SMS is received and handled by TNT Post.
  • Easy Stamp: TNT Post offers special software that companies can use to print their own (pre-paid) stamps.
  • Moving Service: companies that are moving to a new address can buy a package from TNT Post (via the internet).
  • Forwarding service: companies that are closed for a substantial period of time (vacation) or that are moving to a new address can have their mail temporarily forwarded to another address
  • Pick up and Delivery Service: Companies can have TNT Post staff to deliver in the morning all the mail addressed to them and to pick up at the end of the day all the outgoing mail
  • PO Boxes
  • Easy Stamp and other products for pre-payment of mail pieces to be sent.
  • Mail Order: online shop for TNT Post Products
  • Postcard Service: Direct Mail tool for small business customers
  • e-Sort: Freeware for ‘bulk’ mailers (e.g. editors of magazines) that helps them to deliver their material sorted according to TNT Post specifications.
  • Pick up Service for return mail
  • Print & Post: small companies can completely or partly outsource a direct mail campaign to TNT Post
  • Digitale brievenbus: If Companies want to sent consumers their bills digitally they can make use of TNT Post's Digital Mailbox. TNT Post serves as an intermediary. Consumers can choose to have their bills sent to their Privver mailbox or to the mailbox of a participating bank (e.g. Rabo Notabox)

It is suitable for all types of business correspondence like letters, invoices, statements, and annual reports. The different distribution service levels available are:

    Ideal when speed of delivery is the customer's priority. A customer's international mail reaches its destination by air.
  • Corporate Two Suitable for the distribution of items where the cost of delivery is more important than speed.
  • Corporate Three The most economical method of distribution as the customer's mail will be sent by surface mode to ensure the lowest cost. Suitable for delivering non-time sensitive materials.         

Direct mail services

  • Direct Service
    Enables customers to select the desired postmark on their direct mail piece (for countries where available). Once the urgency and size of the mailing have been identified, the customer can choose from the different distribution service levels.
