ChairTo create one leadership culture, the HR communities of TNT Post, TNT Expresss and Corporate Head Office are currently working together on building a TNT framework for leadership development. In this framework a leadership profile with competencies will be defined and existing management development programmes and assessments in the different divisions are reviewed and adjusted according to the TNT leadership profile. All the identified divisional programmes will then be opened up for managers from the other divisions. This will make talent visible throughout the organisation and it will also facilitate people who would like to switch from one division to another.

The result will be a transparent cross-divisional structure for developing and growing four levels of Talent. Afterprogressing through the different assessments, programmes, jobs, divisions and countries, this will ensure that the participants are equipped and capable of becoming leaders in different business areas of TNT.

  • Level 1: Graduates and talented people with no or limited work experience
  • Level 2: Junior high potential managers with 3-4 years of work experience
  • Level 3: Senior high potential managers with 6-7 years of work experience
  • Level 4: Senior Executive business leaders (BU managing directors) with 10-12 years of work experience or more
