Career Programme
TNT Graduate Recruitment recruits, selects and positions recent academic and higher vocabulary graduates with at the most one year work experience for the business parts of TNT in the Netherlands, other than in the Netherlands TNT also offers international possibilities.

You can attach your CV and accompanying letter in one and the same MS Word document. Applicants have to be able to read and write Dutch.
The application procedure for the TNT career programme is:
- (Dutch only) Application via the website.
- CV selection.
- Aptitude test followed by:
- Selection interview with one of our recruiters.
- Selection interview with a line manager.
- Assessment centre.
- Employment conditions meeting.
Management Development
Each year TNT recruits numerous talented young graduates and sets them on a career path. Your first job as part of this programme will be a real job with real responsibilities. TNT attaches great importance to cultivating tomorrow’s managers. That is why in addition to the career programme we offer graduates several courses developed by our Management Development department. They include the Young Executive Programme (YEP) for graduates. YEP is the first training course at TNT and part of our Management Development programme. You will receive training in parallel with your hands-on career at TNT.
Together with 20 other recent graduates, you will take several modules over a period of 18 months to develop your personal competencies and build your business know-how. YEP focuses on the management competencies that TNT needs. You'll learn from and with each other.

- Business orientation
- Managing diversity
- TNT as a logistics company
- Personal effectiveness
- Dealing with customers
- Project managementLI>
Besides the general Management Development courses, you can take job-related training in consultation with your manager. For example, controllers have an opportunity to attend a postgraduate course leading to qualifications as a registered controller. Sales training courses are open to account managers.
Young TNT
For many people work is more than just a source of income. You will doubtless want to get to know your colleagues and familiarise yourself with TNT in all its facets. Membership of Young TNT is the ideal way of exchanging experiences with colleagues at the same stage of their careers as you are. The organisation enables you to establish a network and broaden your view of TNT. It provides a terrific opportunity to combine work and pleasure.
Young TNT is an organisation open to all young graduates in the first five years of their career.
We are an international club that organises numerous activities, such as:
- visits to business units
- international trips to TNT sites outside the Netherlands
- lectures by guest speakers
- sports events
- cultural happenings
- informal gatherings and gala evenings
Members receive the Be Young magazine four times a year. Each edition contains articles based on a core theme, a calendar of events, columns, business cases and interviews.
