Young Executive Programme
The Young Executive Programme (YEP) is intended for starters who aim for a management career with TNT.
When you start working with us, you will be given a real job with real responsibilities, and you will also enter the YEP. The YEP is the first component of TNT’s Management Development Programme.
With twenty other starters, you will spend two years taking a number of modules aimed at developing your management competencies and your knowledge of the business. All of you will learn from and with one another.
Some of the modules dealt with in the YEP are:
- Business orientation
- Leadership & diversity
- Personal development
- Dealing with clients
- Working in groups.
In addition to the Young Executive Programme, starters can also undertake position-related training (in consultation with their manager). They may, for example, be allowed to take a postgraduate finance and control course; account managers can undertake sales training.
