TNT Head Office employs around 450 people, from more than 40 different nationalities. TNT ‘s ambition is to have a best in class diversity and inclusiveness approach. Cultural Integration Committee

Our Cultural Integration Committee in the Head Office is a group of enthusiastic, dynamic employees from different cultures that organise cultural integration events on a regular base. 

Balancing work and life

We aim to support our employees in managing their work/life balance and our goal is to provide flexible working practices wherever necessary. However, TNT’s business is demanding. International travel, intensive projects and critical timescales can feature in many employees’ working lives.

In order to support employees in managing their work/life balance TNT Head Office has an On-site gym with a personal coach.

We have in our Head Office a programme of positive action for women, especially for those with children who need child care facilities. These include a financial contribution towards and -when needed- help in finding the facilities. 

TNT also provides a generous parental leave facilities during pregnancy and after the birth itself.
