Securities Transactions

Pursuant to Dutch law, members of the Board of Management have to notify the Dutch Authority Financial Markets (AFM) of any transaction in TNT Financial Instruments concluded by or on behalf of them. The AFM discloses the notified transactions on its website www.afm.nl. (English version)

Click here directly to the database for information about notification by directors and supverisory board members regarding shares, depository receipts for shares and rights to acquire shares, such as employee share options, share awards, call options, warrants and convertible bonds. In both cases, please search for TNT or the name of the relevant person.
