Securities transactions
Pursuant to Dutch law, members of the Supervisory Board of TNT have to notify the Dutch Authority Financial Markets (AFM) of any transaction in TNT securities concluded by or on behalf of them. The AFM discloses the notified transactions on its website www.afm.nl.
Transactions executed before 1 September 2002 can be found in the Public Database under the heading Notifications, subheadings Transactions - Securities.
Transactions executed after 1 September 2002 can be found in the Public Database under the heading Notifications, subheading Major holding disclosure 2a - managing and supervisory directors.
In both cases, please search for TNT or the name of the relevant person. Currently, none of the members of the Supervisory Board holds TNT shares.
