Unaddressed mail
As well as delivering parcels to and from companies all over the world, through TNT Post, we offer a range of other services for corporate customers, too.
Here are just some of the products and services businesses can get through us:
- TraXity: We offer a priority service for companies wanting to send international mail (specifically letters and small parcels up to two kilos). Cheaper than express delivery, and almost as fast, TraXity is available for mail from the Netherlands to Denmark, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, the UK and Sweden.
- Direct mail support: We can offer small companies all kinds of help with their direct mail campaigns – they can choose to outsource all or part of the process to us. We can help with concepts, either semi-standardized or custom made. Businesses can even order addresses for their mailings from us, at www.tntpost.nl.
- Stamps: We can create special company or brand stamps for businesses to use on mailings, as well as personalised ‘postage marks’. We also offer special Easy Stamp software if companies want to print their own (pre-paid) stamps.
- DM ROI Calculator: Businesses can calculate the expected return on investment of their direct mail campaigns, using our online tool at www.tntpost.nl.
- Direct marketing training and workshops: We offer various courses, to help businesses make their direct mail more effective. Topics include ‘Convincing copy writing’, ‘Direct Marketing’ and ‘Enhancing the success of advertisements and mailings’.
- DM research: We can also carry out research for businesses into the effectiveness of their direct marketing. And we offer several ‘investigation’ products and services such as Mail Effect, Mail Monitor, E-mail Monitor, Loyalty Scan, Non Response Investigation and Customer Magazine Monitor.
- SMS response service: If companies want their customers to able to request more information by text, as part of a mailing, we can handle the texts for them.
- If your business is moving or closing for a period: We can forward your mail to another address.
- Pick up and deliver: We can also deliver mail in the morning and pick up any outgoing mail at the end of the day.
- PO boxes: We offer both physical and electronic mail boxes, that companies can use to send or receive their mail. If companies want to send customers their bills digitally, they can arrange this via us, too.
- Mail order: Finally, businesses can buy any TNT Post products through our online shop at www.tntpost.nl.
