Auditor's independence
Potential conflicts of interest, between the external auditor and TNT are resolved in accordance with the terms of reference of the Audit Committee and in particular the following annex thereto: the TNT Group Policy Auditor Independence & Pre-Approval.
At times TNT uses its external auditor to provide services in cases where these services do not conflict with the external auditor’s independence. The TNT Group Policy Auditor Independence & Pre-Approval governs how and when TNT may engage its external auditor.
