Disclosure of securities transactions
Pursuant to Dutch law, members of the Board of Management have to notify the Dutch Authority Financial Markets (AFM) of any transaction in TNT Financial Instruments concluded by or on behalf of them. The notified transactions are disclosed on the AFM website.
Click directly to the AFM database for information about notification by directors and supervisory board members regarding shares, depository receipts for shares and rights to acquire shares, such as employee share options, share awards, call options, warrants and convertible bonds. In both cases, please search for TNT or the name of the relevant person.
Transactions executed before 1 September 2002 can be found in the Public Database under the heading Notifications, subheadings Transactions - Securities.

The members of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Management and TNT employees are bound to the TNT Group Policy on Inside Information.
