TNT Logistics to transport and deliver Isuzu cars

Section: Corporate News - TNT Logistics (Thailand) Ltd has signed two contracts to deliver vehicle components from 99 suppliers to Isuzu's plants on daily basis, The Nation reports.

Under the four-year contracts, TNT will service Isuzu's two plants in Bangkok, one at Gateway City and one at the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate.

The job will involve more than 1,000 collections and a total weight of more 2,200 tonnes every week, the company's business development director, Matthew Stimpson, said.

TNT wins German court case on use of word "post"

AMSTERDAM, April 27 (Reuters) - Dutch mail firm TNT NV said on Thursday a German court had ruled that it should be allowed to continue to use the word "post" in the country, dismissing a claim by Deutsche Post .

TNT said in a statement Deutsche Post had consistently challenged the use of the word "post" by other companies. It said the German company had already indicated it will appeal against the judgement by a court in Nuremberg.
